Hopdoddy’s Ghostland Burgatory is So Hot, It Requires a Signed Waiver

This scary creation deserves that waiver, and maybe an on-site medic.

Ghostland BurgatoryYou like spicy food, you say. You’ve even tried ghost pepper salsa, you say.

Okay, well it’s time to prove your worth on the Scoville scale.

Hopdoddy’s newest offering, available through August 10, will actually require a signed waiver before you touch it. The second hottest pepper in the world, ghost peppers register around 1,000,000 Scoville units and are three times hotter than habañeros (but don’t worry, the burger has those too).

The $12 Ghostland Burgatory burger special: beef patty, ghost peppers (Naga Bhut Jolokia), serranos, habañeros, pepper jack cheese, caramelized onions, ghost sauce, lettuce, tomato, and chipotle mayo on an egg bun.

At least you get those Kennebec fries to (try to) soothe the burn. But let’s be honest: this is going to be painful. Good luck.
