Uchi Chef and Owner Tyson Cole Cooks for VNA 5th Annual Celebrity Chef Luncheon in Dallas

Super chef Tyson Cole (Uchi, Uchiko) will be in Dallas on October 15 to cook for the VNA 5th Annual Celebrity Chef Luncheon at VNA Haggerty Center located at 1440 West Mockingbird Lane. Support Meals on Wheels and meet Chef Cole.

Super chef Tyson Cole (Uchi, Uchiko) will be in Dallas on October 15 to cook for the VNA 5th Annual Celebrity Chef Luncheon at VNA Haggerty Center located at 1440 West Mockingbird Lane. Cole will demonstrate how to prepare Machi Cure (cured baby yellowtail, Marcona almond, golden raisin, golden tobiko), which will be served as the second course.

VNA is the 501(c)(3) organization that runs the Meals on Wheels program that delivers quality meals and healthcare to the homes of older adults. VNA offers Meals on Wheels in Dallas County, and VNA Hospice and Private Care in Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Grayson, Henderson, Hunt, Kaufman, Navarro, Rockwall, Tarrant, and Van Zandt Counties.

All attendees will receive a copy of Uchi: The Cookbook by Tyson Cole and Jessica Dupuy, and an opportunity to participate in the popular raffle and wine pull. A limited number of single seat tickets may be available.Call 214-689-3484 right this second. You can buy raffle tickets here.
