One of the best ways to scope out hot new restaurants and food trends in Dallas is by following area eaters, chefs, and food snobs on Instagram. We’re going to feature a handful of local ‘gramers each week on SideDish. Because it’s fun to see what other people are eating.

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal at @modernmarket (as always) and loved trying something new this time! 🍽💘 Swipe over to see their gorgeous Buddha Bowl, and Mac&Cheese🧀 (both kid approved!) from their meatless menu. I got Tofu on my Buddha Bowl, and with the ginger peanut sauce and all the yummy veggies, I didn’t miss the meat for one second! 🍲 The Mac & Cheese was luxuriously cheesy and I should have snapped a pic of my kid with the cheese all over her face! She loved it 😂 Also featured above is their Chipotle Steak Sandwich and Green Chicken Chili soup. OBSESSED is an understatement! I love when I can leave a restaurant full, but not weighed down and feeling heavy. @modernmarket makes me feel good about what I’m eating! #eatdfw #hosted
